C             SOME INTERESTING FEATURES OF THIS PACKAGE ARE:

C     (1)  BUILT IN RANDOMIZATION.  THIS ALLOWS PROBLEMS TO BE RUN
C            AGAIN TO CHECK FOR CONSISTENCY.
C     (2)  SINGULARITY WEAKENING.  THIS ALLOWS THE EVALUATION OF
C            INTEGRALS WHICH HAVE STRONG ENDPOINT SINGULARITIES.
C     (3)  RESTARTING.  THIS ALLOWS CALCULATIONS TO BE CONTINUED TO
C            GREATER ACCURACY WITHOUT LOSING OLD INFORMATION.
